Hi! I’m Coach Rob Lagana, National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition and IFBB Nutritionist, Poliquiin Group Level 1 and 2 Biosignature Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner and 8 time 1st place bodybuilding champion.
