I contacted Rob in December 2014 because I needed help.  I was stuck
in my current nutrition and fitness routine.  I had hit a plateau.
Rob was very welcoming and easy to talk to.  We reviewed my current
routine and Rob suggested the necessary changes to help skyrocket my fitness goals.  Rob was always quick to answer my questions.

He is a wealth of knowledge.  I was able to lose weight safely and improve my health.  By July 2015 I lost over 30lbs with his help.  I was also introduced to Tatiana Green.  She was a driving force in taking my goals higher than I ever imagined.   With Rob and Tatiana’s coaching I was able to compete in my first fitness competition.  I never thought I had it in me.  Rob and Tatiana were supportive and encouraging. Having coaches that not only coach you but live the life they preach is inspiring.  I without a doubt would recommend Rob and Tatiana to help you reach your health goals!

and accomplished competitive bodybuilder with over two decades of

I know what it means to have personal challenges. I was born with ocular albinism (a condition that leaves me legally blind for life) and growing up had its share of hardship. However, that didn’t stop me from achieving my dream of becoming a successful competitive bodybuilder. Ultimately, it inspired me to help others achieve happiness, confidence, and overall wellness in their own lives.

In addition to training consistently and assisting my valued clients, I’m currently writing a book titled “Totally Healthy,” sharing my tried-and-true tips and tricks to fat loss and toning up by harnessing a balanced approach. With a nutrition and exercise regimen that is uniquely tailored to you and your needs, anything is possible! I believe in fitness being fun; I’ve never been an all-work, no-play kind of guy.
