Being the daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne has it’s perks, it also has some serious downfalls. Not only does your family have a lot of money, it also has a lot of publicity. That’s why Kelly Osbourne Weight Loss is so important to her.

As a child, Kelly was teased and taunted not only for being the “wild child”, but also for her weight. Bullied by kids calling her fat and ugly and even the press jumped in on the band wagon.

Kelly spent most of her young life trying to understand what she had done to deserve this bullying. Her self esteem suffered and she felt that if no one could like her the way she was then maybe there really was something wrong with her. Maybe she should start to believe the lies they said about her.

Seeking a way to cope, Kelly turned to pain medications and soon became an addict. A vicious cycle of self hatred had begun. While in treatment, Kelly discovered that she is an emotional eater.

Kelly ate to make herself feel better. It didn’t help, so she ate more. Replacing the drugs she was addicted to with food she was an emotional wreck. If she got upset her diet went right out of the window.

Six months later, when she signed up with Dancing With The Stars, she realized that she wasn’t getting anywhere on her “diet” in fact, it was failing her miserably.

She filled her diet with french fries and pizza and then wondered why she was still overweight. Sick during rehearsals from her terrible diet, she felt miserable.

Then, a miracle happened. Her dancing partner took a moment and taught her about diet and nutrition. He fed her turkey burgers and salad instead of pizza and french fries. He explained that keeping to a high protein and a low carbohydrate diet would help her to feel the energy that she needed and encourage her to work out and exercise more.

As her eating improved, Kelly lost 20 pounds. However, when she turned in her dancing shoes, she started to eat more. Her weight crept up three pounds and then four. She didn’t like this new weight gain and knew she had to do something.

When Sharon, her mom, stepped in, she hooked her up with a trainer and soon they began to work out taking hikes several times a week. As Kelly began to lose the weight she thought about her Kelly Osbourne Weight Loss journey. She stopped hating how she looked.

She went from hating to look in the mirror to enjoying it. She put on some make up and made herself go to the gym and discovered that taking a few moments for her helped her to feel better about herself.

Now that that she’s keeping the weight off, she feels better and more motivated. Kelly Osbourne Weight loss was a success. She lost a total of 50 pounds and is now eating a healthier diet and making wise dietary choices.
