My name is Rosy. I am your typical, thirty-something wife and Mom with four beautiful children and everything to live for.

However, a few years ago, I was simply too fat to enjoy life. I weighed 275 pounds and had 44% body fat. I was unhealthy, unhappy and uninspired to do anything about it. Like you, I had tried many, many different approaches, but nothing ever worked for long.

Even worse, after trying different diets and programs, I would go right back to my old habits and gain even more weight.

That is why I wrote my book, Breakin’ Free, so that others could gain courage and insight from my struggles. If just one obese person can reclaim their life because of my example, it will have all been worth it.

My Total Body Transformation began when a good friend of mine, who also just happens to be a world-renowned personal trainer, started giving me advice on how I could shape up. He was concerned about my health.

That friend agreed to become my personal trainer. His name is Roberto Lagana and, like me, he has helped many others in Canada and around the world become fit, firm and fabulous. Roberto is a world-class fitness trainer and award-winning body builder.

Together, we decided to document my struggles and achievements so others could gain inspiration and get hold of their futures, too.

The result is our new book, Breakin’ Free.
