Steal Back Your Time

Being in the culture and
business of health & fitness, I’ve heard people say, “I don’t have
time to exercise, what else can I do to feel better and lose weight?”.
I tell them, “To be successful you have to be selfish, or else you
never achieve. And once you get to your highest level, then you have
to be unselfish. Stay reachable. Stay in touch. Don’t isolate.”.
That’s a quote from Micheal Jordon – greatest basketball player of all
time.

Being active should be integrated into your daily routine. It should
exist as if it was simply routine, like brushing your teeth. You can
acheive health and fitness by exercising for just 30 minutes a day.
That’s 30 minutes in total, in your home or at a studio. The best way
to exercise in 30 minutes and get a total body workout is to perform
circuit training, which is simply going from one exercise to the next
without rest at a challenging pace.

You also need to stop interruptions and delegate a task to your inner
being. To do this, it is very important that you create a goal for
yourself and write it down. There is always time, if you include your
goal or objective in your personal statement of health and fitness.

You CAN dedicate 30 minutes to improving your health,
longevity and fitness! You CAN dedicate 30 minutes to joy, love,
enthusiasm, belief and optimism! You CAN steal back your
time!

Exercise is an investment in your future, it’s a deposit you make
today on your long-term health. And the more you contribute today in
the now, the longer you will be able to continue making withdrawls.
The more time you take to spend on yourself now through good
nutrition, health and exercise the longer you may have to continue
making these choices.

Exercise raises your emotional set point. If your feeling bad, trust
me exercise will raise your emotions and make you feel good. Take that
30 minutes and feel good, in the true sense of the word. When you
think that you don’t have time to exercise, repeat these phrases out
loud:

“I want to return to my ideal body weight.. because I feel best
when I’m at that weight,
because I’ll be able to ____”fill in the blank”_________

“I want to feel strong and fit. Because I love the feeling of
stamina. Because I love having the energy to do all of the things I
want to do. Because it just feels good to feel good!

When you become consistent in exercise, you will give easy attention
to it, because it’s human nature to give attention to what feels good.
Steal back your time! Exercise, along with good nutrition and
coaching is a paramount component to your well being. When you have
true well being, time is endless and it can start RIGHT NOW!
